I was thoroughly thinking what would be the restaurant I would like to feature in my first post and things just fell into place as it was one very toxic day and I wanted to fill my stomach well. Suddenly I was in Don Henrico's.
Don Henrico's restaurant was one of my favorite restaurants since I was a kid and I could still remember how just the thought of eating in this restaurant would make me imagine and crave more for their famous Buffalo Wings. This Italian restaurant owned by a Filipino and was started decades ago in Baguio, still strikes me with my every visit.
The Ambiance 4/5
The set up and overall aura of the restaurant is casual and comfortable. It maintained a quiet atmosphere suitable for business meetings and could just be a cozy place where friends could hang out and love birds have a date. 
A good seat is by the window especially during the sunset since this place is in front of Roxas Boulevard and Manila Bay.
The Food 4.7/5
From their slogan per se of "Pizza, pasta and more..." , this just proves what Don Hen could offer. A typical Italian restaurant would only give you choices of pizza and pasta but like what I mentioned above, they have other well known dishes like the Buffalo Wings (really obvious that it's my favorite). Here is a copy of the menu as well as the price.

When we arrived at the restaurant, only 1 table was occupied and I was not bothered that there was only 1 server. That was about 630pm. However come 8pm, the people came by and voila, the restaurant was full, but the server, whose name was Jorie, managed the crowd and was now assisted by two more servers.
I commend Jorie for being able to memorize easily my orders and my special requests. Those who were joining me for dinner were still on their way and Jorie, herself suggested that we wait for the others to arrive before serving the food. We also had bottomless iced tea as drinks and she would easily fill it up without even calling her.
The service was really great!
